ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

The majority of the work done at Watkins & Associates involves administrative law. Though most of the firm's administrative work involves the Agency for Health Care Administration and the Department of Environmental Protection, Watkins & Associates has experience ranging from work with the South Florida Water Management District, the Department of Education, the Department of Community Affairs, local government and the various professional licensing boards. The firm is intimately familiar with the Administrative Procedure Act, which Mr. Watkins participated in redrafting in 1996, and has extensive experience before the Division of Administrative Hearings and appeals from DOAH to the various District Courts of Appeal.
